ColourVUE^® Photo and Video Contest

• This Contest is open to all Colourvue users of 18 years and above.
• Submit your own Photos or Videos. Photos and Videos of 3rd person will not be accepted.
• The following persons are not be eligible to participate in this Contest; Staff members (including relative) of Maxvue Vision Sdn Bhd, Distributors, Retailers and Resellers.
• Keep your proof of purchase such as receipt or packaging to redeem prizes.
• Prizes will given away through our local distributors.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
• Judges decision is final, no correspondence will be entertained.
• The submission is accepted between 25th Sept 2011 until 15th January 2012.
• By submitting an entry, entrant grants Maxvue and their distributors an irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide perpetual license to use the entry and his/her name, city and state of (not full address) residence for credit purposes in Maxvue’s online galleries, Facebook pages, without further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. In addition, each winner grants to the Maxvue and their designees an irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide perpetual license to use and distribute the entry [(as submitted, or as cropped by Maxvue)], and his/her name, city and state (not full address) of residence for credit purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including without limitation in ColourVUE website, for purposes of promotion of this Contest and other Sponsor's contests and/or for purposes of advertising and promoting Sponsors and, except as otherwise stated herein, without further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

Photo Contest Entry:

• Only close-up face or shoulder level portrait picture is accepted. Pictures must be acceptably sharp showing the ColourVUE lens on his / her eyes.
• Image format should be: GIFF, JPEG or TIFF) with size not exceeding 1MB.
• Photos must be renamed as follows.
  Eg: ColourVUE [LENS COLOUR] [YOURNAME]. IE: ColourVUE Sweet Honey Michel Koh.jpg

Prizes

• First: A Digital Camera and ColourVUE products worth USD$100.
• Second: A MP4 player and ColourVUE products worth USD$100.
• Third: ColourVUE products worth USD$100.

Video Contest Entry:

• Submit your personal video that shows:
  • Facial or eye make-up to match a ColourVUE coloured contact lens you’re wearing.

  • ColourVUE Review Video like this one : http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&v=I7g1Gu-WUvI
  • Halloween or Fancy dress make up with matching ColourVUE Crazy or Glow lens.
• Videos must be uploaded to YouTube with title contains “ColourVUE” word ie. “Eye Make for ColourVUE Party Green”. After Uploading please submit the link and the same Title at our submission page.
